SPORTS ACADEMY MANAGER to join the team, who is passionate and professional organise activities and work to attract new members!
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day running and development of the Sports Academy;
- Develop and supervise training programmes for children of different ages;
- Manage a team: trainers, specialists and other staff involved;
- Work together with parents, partners and educational institutions;
- Keep abreast of developments in the sector and introduce innovative approaches.
Requirements for applicants:
- Experience of working with children and/or organising sports education;
- Ability to lead a team and take responsibility;
- Excellent communication and organisational skills;
- Positive attitude, creativity and a desire to develop a love of sport in children;
- Excellent Latvian language skills.
We offer:
- Salary between €2000 and €3000 gross (depending on experience and results);
- Health insurance after 6 months;
