Visitors of SIA «Playoff» football arena located in Riga, Kauguru iela 6 (hereinafter referred to as the «Arena») shall carefully read these rules before visiting the Arena. Each visitor, by staying in the Arena, confirms that he/she is familiar with the internal rules of the Arena and undertakes to fully comply with them.
These rules must be observed by all visitors to the arena, whether they are using a service of the arena or are just visitors (spectators, attendants, etc.).
Visitors are obliged to immediately inform the arena management if they observe a person not respecting the rules of the arena.
Each visitor is responsible for their own health and physical condition, as well as their skills and abilities when doing the various activities here. It is the responsibility of the visitor to the Arena to assume that sporting activities are associated with an increased risk of injury. Each visitor is also responsible for their own behaviour on slippery surfaces/floors.
Minors are the responsibility of their representative in the arena, who may be a coach, relative or other chaperone.
Each visitor is responsible for the security of his/her belongings (clothing, documents, wallets, money, valuables, etc.).
The arena is hygienic and only appropriate sports clothing is allowed.
Visitors are not allowed to be on the artificial grass floor without a change of shoes or waders.
Only clean, straight-soled shoes or small plastic pumps are allowed in the arena. Football boots (kicks) with metal pumps or large corks are strictly forbidden in the Arena.
Visitors should note that the floors in the arena areas can be wet and slippery.
It is forbidden to use water (cool down) on the artificial grass surface.
The ball may only be played on football pitches enclosed by nets.
Visitors are aware that there are CCTV cameras in the arena, the recordings of which are used for public order purposes and to investigate possible offences.
Visitors acknowledge that events (customer visits) taking place in the arena are recorded in video, photo and/or audio format and that these recordings may be freely used by Playoff Ltd. for communication and marketing activities without prior additional agreement with the arena visitors.
The processing of personal data by Playoff Ltd. is carried out in accordance with the regulatory enactments.
Alcoholic beverages are only allowed in the arena if purchased from the arena café and consumed in the arena café area. Beer is alcohol and is also prohibited on the pitches, near the pitches, in the changing rooms and in the sauna.
It is forbidden in the arena:
Loud and rude behaviour, swearing and disturbing other arena visitors.
Morally or physically abuse other visitors and arena staff.
Remove equipment from the arena.
Bring glass and/or tin bottles into any area where the flooring is artificial grass.
Bring in weapons, explosives, flammable and/or poisonous substances that may interfere with the event and/or endanger the health of other visitors.
The use or presence in the arena of narcotic or toxic substances or the bringing or possession of such substances in the arena is prohibited.
Visit the arena in case of acute illness (runny nose, cough, fever) or contagious diseases.
Smoke.
Littering and deliberately dirtying rooms.
Damage, demolish, neglect or alter the condition or location of arena equipment and facilities.
Introduce animals.
To enter and travel by bicycle, scooter, roller skates or other means of mobility other than pushchairs or wheelchairs for disabled persons.
Organise events that are not sport-related and do not fit in with the philosophy of the arena administration.
Make video, photo or audio recordings for commercial purposes without prior agreement with the arena management.
Use escape routes for everyday situations. They may only be used in emergency (high risk) situations.
Sell or promote their own products unless this has been agreed in writing in advance with the arena management.
Alcohol (including beer), bath brushes, cosmetics and liquids (including water and beer) are not allowed in the sauna area, nor is it allowed to use them on an electric surface (stove). It is also forbidden to sit or lie on the sauna bench without a towel underneath.
In the event of an accident, injury, deterioration of health or theft, the visitor shall immediately contact a member of the arena staff to ascertain the location, time and circumstances. In the event of non-compliance with the above paragraph, any future claims by the visitor will not be considered.
Visitors are expected to respect both their reservation and the opening hours of the arena.
In the event of unforeseen and exceptional circumstances where it is not possible to use part or all of the Arena and/or its services safely and/or in a qualitative manner, the Arena Management reserves the right to suspend the service without prior notice. In the event of such circumstances, the arena administration shall inform the following as soon as possible on its website www.playoff.lv, and on social networks. All visitors affected by these circumstances are kindly requested to contact the Playoff Ltd administration in order to arrange a refund for the unused service.
Leave the premises immediately in the event of an alarm or other life- or health-threatening situation.
Visitors to the arena are liable for damage to the arena's equipment and for violation of the rules of order.
Visitors must follow the instructions of the arena staff.
The Arena administration has the right to expel and refuse entry to persons who violate these rules without refunding the money paid for the use of the services.
The Arena's internal rules are posted in the Arena and on the company's website www.playoff.lv.
The Arena Management has the right to change and/or amend these rules without prior notice by posting them in the Arena and on the company's website www.playoff.lv.
The Arena Administration is not liable for any damage caused by a visitor to the Arena to third parties.
Be responsible for your safety and the safety of other visitors!
