The tournament season is in full swing! Five exciting children's football tournaments have already taken place and the emotions continue to boil. On 19 October, the children competed in the Lidl Arena in a 4-on-4 format, and in early November, the energy of the young talents was ignited in a 3-on-3 match.
Lidl Arena hosted the annual football tournament of the Latvian Football Federation, the Saeima and the heads of local governments, which strengthened the team spirit and tradition that unites and inspires in a sporty and friendly atmosphere.

Latvijas komanda izcīnīja uzvaru 2024. gada Unity Euro Cup turnīrā Šveicē, pārspējot 15 citas Eiropas valstis un apliecinot futbola spēku apvienot cilvēkus. Komandu veidoja Ukrainas bēgļi un vietējie spēlētāji, un tās dalību organizēja LFF sadarbībā ar “Lidl Arena”. 2025. gadā turnīrs norisināsies Nīderlandē, turpinot tradīciju veicināt iekļaušanu un vienotību caur sportu.

The Latvian refugee football team, led by Lidl Arena, triumphed at the Unity Euro Cup 2024 in Switzerland, beating Finland 4-1 in the final. The team was made up of Ukrainian refugees and local players.

Šī gada turnīrs bija īpašs – tajā piedalījās arī spēlētāji no leģendārās Latvijas izlases, kas pirms 20 gadiem pārstāvēja valsti EURO 2004 finālturnīrā.
No 2024. gada septembra līdz decembrim katru sestdienas vakaru ukraiņi aicināti piedalīties bezmaksas pasākumos, kuros būs iespēja izzināt dažādas tēmas, piedalīties viktorīnās, meistarklasēs un sadarbības spēlēs.
Ceturtdien, 5. septembrī, izklaides un futbola hallē “Lidl Arena” norisinājās īpaša tikšanās ar Ukrainas Futbola asociācijas prezidentu un leģendāro futbolistu Andriju Ševčenko, kuras laikā tika parakstīts sadarbības memorands starp Ukrainas Futbola asociāciju un Latvijas Futbola federāciju.
